- ½ cup yellow or green split peas
- 1 cup water
- ¼ clove garlic
- 1 small potato
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- Combine 1 cup split peas and remaining ingredients and blend for 5 minutes (less if using hot water) on manual high. Pour into bowl and top with chopped green onion.
