- 1 can (14 -15.5 oz.) black beans (rinsed)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup organic brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- Combine ingredients together and blend on low until smooth.
- Pour into 8 inch greased square baking pan
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
- Let cool and serve!
