- 5 ripe tomatoes
- ½ large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ red or green bell pepper or
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ avocado
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Combine ingredients together and blend on manual low until desired consistency.
- Heat to serve.
