- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 4-5 leaves fresh basil (or 1 tbsp. dried basil)
- ¼ avocado
- ½ cup water (hot or cold)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Quarter the tomatoes and place in container.
- Add garlic and basil.
- Blend for 4 minutes on manual high (less time if using hot water).
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add water for desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
